Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once completed.Before making payment, the client must carefully review the service details, package scope, pricing, communication process, and expected deliverables. The client is encouraged to ask all questions before payment.No refund will be issued after payment due to:

• Change of mindLack of commitmentFailure to follow the training or guidanceMissed check-insPersonal schedule changesTravelDissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectationsFailure to provide required informationStopping the service after payment

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or where Mahmoud Galal is unable to provide the agreed service.

جميع المدفوعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع فور إتمام الدفع.قبل الدفع، يجب على العميل مراجعة تفاصيل الخدمة، نطاق الباقة، السعر، طريقة التواصل، والمخرجات المتوقعة. يُنصح العميل بطرح جميع الأسئلة قبل إتمام الدفع.لا يتم الاسترجاع بعد الدفع لأي من الأسباب التالية:

• تغيير الرأيعدم الالتزامعدم تطبيق الخطة التدريبية أو الإرشاداتعدم إرسال المتابعاتتغيّر ظروف العميل الشخصيةالسفرعدم الرضا الناتج عن توقعات غير واقعيةعدم تقديم المعلومات المطلوبةالتوقف عن الخدمة بعد الدفع

يتم النظر في الاسترجاع فقط إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القانون المعمول به أو إذا تعذر على محمود جلال تقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها.
